I have recently purchaced a 1 year subsciption with sketchbook for tablets (wibdows).
I would like to canel my automatic subsciption renewal but I am not able to. sketchbook pro does not appear on my autodesk account and I am unable to find any alternative way to unsubscribe.
Further more, I can not find a way to contact autodesk directly via my account.
please help me.

problem solved.
turns out there is a "change subscription settings" link at the bottom of a purchase confirmation email.
the link is directed to another autodesk site, for windows store i suspect; all a little bit confusing.

Most 'Enterprise" Autodesk Products are managed here:
SketchBook (Membership) is a Consumer Product so it is managed here:
www.sketchbook.com > Login > Account Settings
We, however, use the same account settings page to manage the login process. i.e. Email/Password
NOTE: Your Tablet Device (Surface) allows you to run SketchBook (Desktop & Mobile) on the same device.
