Hi all, I have an issue with the automatic renewal of my subscription to adobe creative cloud.
Last year I bought a 1 year subscription to creative cloud as a student, the 1 year subscription ended last week. And I was charged $347.88 for the renewal. I am still a student and am wondering if this is mean't to happen or if I can cancel this subscription and subscribe again paying what I paid last year which was around $180 I believe.
I'm not sure if this is the place I ask or if there is an email I can ask.

I believe that you should be posting to the adobe forum not the Autodesk forum. Start with adobe.com
