Is there a way to actually talk to somebody. I had the 30-day trial. It ended. I paid for a montly subscription about three or four days ago. I still don't have a serial number to activate the program. Notice says not all products are available at this time. I have no idea why they're bragging so much about this support, when you seemingly can't get any. Extremely frustrated, especially since my money was already taken.
