Is there a way to actually talk to somebody

Is there a way to actually talk to somebody. I had the 30-day trial. It ended. I paid for a montly subscription about three or four days ago. I still don't have a serial number to activate the program. Notice says not all products are available at this time. I have no idea why they're bragging so much about this support, when you seemingly can't get any. Extremely frustrated, especially since my money was already taken.

Did you pay foe the upgraded "i want to call someone" support package with your rental? The basic/standard support doesn't offer that unfortunately.
