Zoom invariant custom entity

Hi ,

Is it possible to create a zoom invariant custom entity in model space,

meaning an entity that stays the same size on screen regardless of the camera position and zooming,

like gizmos and coordinate axis in autocad itself.

I want to create colorful legend  which must not be affected via zooming etc.

You might also consider doing this in a tool palette, it is probably easier that way.
