Unknown Publisher

When our ARX app is loaded from outside a Trusted Location in AutoCAD, we get the attached message. How do we set the "Publisher" to something that is not "Unknown" and is that what is implied when they say to add a security certificate by a trusted Certification Authority to the executable?
