[solved] Error on downloading the "ObjectARX ... 2016"

Dear users and board admins,

On trying to download the "ObjectARX for AutoCAD 2016 (32-bit and 64-bit)" I get the following error directly after hitting the submit button:

"

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.autodesk.com/cgi-bin/newform_proc.pl/license" on this server.

"

Of course I filled in all the required fields and I also selected the product to download. Strange thing is that after clicking the submit button the page directly refers to the above error page. It does not try to reach another page first before returning an error.

Can anyone help me with this? I really need to get the ObjectARX for my work.

When looking in the FAQ from Autodesk itself it could not find any related forum post for this problem. however after this post was created it took me to the forums itself. (where you probably found this thread)
Multiple questions regarding the same problem have been posted in here including solutions.
