ObjectARX SDK for AutoCAD 2015 for Windows

I need to download the ObjectARX SDK for AutoCAD 2015 for Windows.  Their download page only has it for Mac.  I've looked elsewhere, but only found for versions 2016 and up.

If you have a link I would really appreciate it.
