Last time I reported on AcDbSortEntTable under 2019, WIPEOUT did not display correctly, which was resolved in UPDATE.01.
However, other problems were found and HATCH did not display properly
Please verify the next.
My code was normal before 2018, but it was incorrect under 2019.

I am able to recreate the issue with AcDbSortentsTable::moveToBottom API not working in ACAD 2019 when used on hatch in a block definition . Thank you for reporting the issue.

We have now escalated the issue with the Engineering team.
