ARX Wizard Script Error on Install

I have read a few posts about ARX Wizard Script Error on Install. I have the same issue, and no specific resolution has been posted. Can anyone please help.

I installed Vista, VS2005 SP1+Vista, ObjectARX 2008,
Try to run ARX Wizard, and it gives an error, can't find require script, unable to continue...

Please assist if possible. Thank you

In order to install the ARX Wizard in Windows Vista, you should turn off the User Accounts Control temporarily. Once you installed the ARX Wizard you can turn the UAC back on anytime.
Though ARX may run in Windows Vista, it is said that ARX does not support Windows Vista as a development environment.

Thank you very much. I will give it a try. I've been setting the things up manually, and the wizard would be nice to have.
