I try to open an acad file that was likely exported from another cad software, but I receive the following warning as shown below: 

Is there anyone who has ever encountered the same problem? How can I get the relevant plug-ins/files?

Looks like this is a dwg made with Tianzheng Construction plug-in. I could not locate their official website. See if below URL is helpful.

1) Do you need to work with those proxy entities?

2) Are those entities with graphics? Looks like they are not from the first part.
