Printing dwg files on computer without Autocad

Hi

It is posible to write application in .NET which will be printing with objectArx on computer without AutoCAD (I have a version 2009)?
I've read that I must write application and load it via NETLOAD to AutoCAD (and AutoCAD cannot be LT version). But there is a control SoftGold and example with these control which allows printing dwg files without AutoCAD.

I think you need consideing a 3rd party component.

there are some components avaible.

DWGSee, have a dwg viewer control which has ablity to print the dwg.
