Migration issue- Modeless Dialog Create function now returns FALSE

I have searched the web, this newsgroup, and nobody seems willing to say why the CDialog::Create function might return false. My code worked fine in AutoCAD 2005. Any ideas as to what I could do to fix it would be appreciated.

Nevermind. I copied files between two directories, and apparently forgot to copy the resource file. Problem solved.
