How to know whether one entity is within the other entity?
such as a point is within a range of a closed polyline.
Whether has arx space topological class?
What can be done using AcGeInterval?

Use

virtual Acad::ErrorStatus

getGeomExtents(AcDbExtents& extents) const;

to determine extents of both the entities.

Then check for co-ordinates of points.
