Have anyone received eHandleInUse as return from AcDbDatabase::addAcDbObject()?

the object i'm trying to add is newly created with AcRxClass::create(), there are a few objects opened for read at the moment, bu nothing unusual...

nope, but i think it was a locking problem, because i've fixed another bug and this one has vanished in consequence... 😛
