Double Click Event Problem for AutoCAD 2007

Hi ,
I used "AcDbDoubleClickEdit" class in my ARX application for handling double click event for Circle entities in AutoCAD 2006.
I have not faced any problem in that CAD version.
Recently I have ported my ARX application on .Net 2005 for AUtoCAD 2007. I have made changes in my project for UNICODE support. I have used the same mentioned class in my new project and I am not able to handle double click event in AutoCAD 2007. I am getting properties dialog.
Is this event removed in AutoCAD 2007 ? The related ARX file is present with this version and still I am not able to override this event.
Any pointer related to it is appreciated.

Thanks and Best Regards,
KIMI

Hi Owen,

It would be great if you send me a piece of code so that I can compare my code to find what I miss in my application.

Hi Jerry,
There is a sample application in Object arx 2006 kit. The name of the application is "Doubleclickedit". I have taken the help of that application for developeing my application for AutoCAD 2007 by using Object ARX 2007.
Please let me know if you want any other information or help.

Hi kimi,
Thank you very much! I will take the help of that application.
I'm wondering why the Doubleclickedit sample is disappeared in the
ObjectArx 2007.

Thanks
-Jerry

Sorry, I can't post my code, but if you post your code perhaps someone can
spot the problem. 🙂

IMHO problem is with double click action in CUI. Try disable DBLCLKEDIT or delete all double click actions in CUI.

1) Make a backup copy of acad.cui file
2) Start AutoCAD 2007
3) Menu: Tools->Customize->interface... (or command _CUI)
4) Open in tree Double Click Actions and delete all (or not needed) records from it. You can try delete record only for CIRCLE as your's application working only with circle.
5) Load yours arx-file and try it.
