Does anyone at Autodesk read this newsgroup?

I was put onto this newsgroup by one of Autodesk's retailers just a month ago. Is this an unused newsgroup ? Does anyone at Autodesk ever read it ? Is there a discussion group or newsgroup that is specific for ABS (Autodesk Building Systems) which I should be part of ? I am trying to write C++ pluggins/programs for ABS (Autodesk Building Systems) and I have found it hard to obtain documentation and support for this product. As an example I posted a simple question on the 2/2 that required only a yes or no answer and a possible book title. I have as yet received no reply and this is obviously not the most pressing of questions. Anthony Clarke.

Anthony - The discussion groups are a user to user (peer to peer) type of support network. Though the developers do join in once in a while it is not something that should be expected. You can find your support options at the left of this page by clicking on Support: http://www.autodesk.com. Yes there is a group for Autodesk Building Systems. Go to the discussion group Main Index which can be accessed at http://discussion.autodesk.com/forum.jspa. One that page are the main software headers for the groups. Most of them will have drop down menus also. For example, clicking on the Autodesk Building Systems brings up this page http://discussion.autodesk.com/index2.jspa?categoryID=16. The drop downs are: Autodesk Building Systems General Building Systems 2004 Web Browser News Reader 649 Topics Building Systems 3 Web Browser News Reader 569 Topics Building Systems Wishes Web Browser News Reader 93 Topics Depending on how you are accessing the groups, you would click on either Web Browser for HTTP or News Reader for NNTP.
