Debugging my application. Won't break!

I have a DBX project, a managed wrapper project, and a c# .Net object arx project. No matter where I put the break points, they are not hit. I am running it in Debug. Is there anything special that needs to be done to be able to step into the code??

Today it seems I will be answering my own questions (not such a bad thing) I changed the framework version to 4.0 and all seems to work fine.
