is there a way to compile for AutoCad 2004 with Microsoft .NET 2003 Ver.
7.1.3088 ??

From what I understand, you can use it if you link to the older libraries
from 7.0. But I have not tried this.

If you don't already have Visual Studio .NET 7.0, you will have to purchase
a downgrade license. It is relatively inexpensive, about $30 (if I remember
correctly). If you purchase the downgrade license then there is not much
point in using Visual Studio .NET 2003 considering the ObjectARX Wizard does
not work with it and AutoDesk does not support it.
