Can ObjectARX2021 read the drawing created in ObjectARX2012?

I have a drawing created in AutoCAD2012 using ObjectARX2012, and then opened it in AutoCAD2021 with ObjectARX2021 and then it crashes.

Upon converting the drawing from 2012 to 2021, and load it again in AutoCAD2021 it still crashes. By the way I am using DWG TrueView2022 for conversion and upon checking the converted file is smaller. 

I know this is due to the versioning compatibility, however is there a way to fix this?

Ok, so it looks like a CBomPartsList object had some problem being read in. Unless the CBomPartsList class is one that your arx implements, that's the best you're going to get for information about what was wrong.
