Carbon Insight Cloud Issue

Hi, 

Does anyone may know the reason of this?  When I click to view under the carbon insight tab, that bring me to the cloud dashboard but only last for few seconds and then this error message appears.

Hi, yes I am facing the same issue and I have also posted that some days ago here...

Are you able to provide more information about this? Did you encounter this issue on a specific model or does this happen with every model that you open in Insight?

Hi Alina, we encountered not just one specific model but we have create couple more simplier models and we still have the same issue after a few times of analysis.

We have fixed the issue around international location. Can you please retry?
