Hello,
I am an assistant professor at TU Graz and I have been facing some issues over the last 3 days when I try to have access to the online carbon analyses that I have simulated with my students using Insights via Revit.
I am getting this error when I try to load the models in the cloud folder: "Application Unavailable - Internal failure while processing request" (as you can also see in the attached image). Beyond that , I started to get an error in Revit after running the analytical model and moving towards "View Analysis"...
Is there a reason for that and a way to fix it?
I have exploring this great tool academically and encouraging my students to work that...
It would be very nice to get some support, if possible.

I'm having the same issue. I tried to run the analysis for different models. But all of them turned into this failure message. Please let me know if you figured out how to fix it. Thank you.

I could not find a way to fix it yet and I am still waiting for a position from Autodesk/Carbon Insights team.
What I managed to do so far was: after opening the Carbon Insights main page, (quickly) create a new folder in the cloud, select a model (there you can still see the models miniatures) and add it to the new created folder. After that, you can (quickly again) go into the new folder and open the model for some seconds in the Carbon Analysis Overview or as Detailed Embodied Carbon. However, after some minutes/seconds the error appears again and forces you to go back to the main page...
If get any updates or if I discover any other bypass/fix, I will share it here as well.
