Dear @rajesh.kanna,

Welcome to the Netfabb forum!

As the error message advises, please review the thermal and mechanical output files to troubleshoot the issue. They are plaintext, human-readable files that will contain information on what went wrong. Without this review, troubleshooting the issue it will be difficult or even impossible.

Also, please make sure your system meets or exceeds the system requirements.

Both OUT files state:

Autodesk AM Process Simulation has not been able to acquire a license to run, please contact Autodesk

This is a licensing issue.

Try the following:

  1. Open a command line, and run the command pan without arguments.
  2. This should prompt a new Autodesk login dialog to refresh the login for the solver.
  3. The command line window can then be closed.
Once performed, future attempts to solve from the Netfabb Local Simulation GUI should be successful again.

Nothing. As instructed earlier, you can close the command prompt without further action and continue working with through the Netfabb Local Simulation GUI again.

I will need more detailed information to investigate, including what user and license is involved, which is not a matter for a public forum. I invite the user to come forward through a customer support case.

I faced the same error regarding the thermal and mechanical outputs. Can you check my project file, please?

I have exactly the same problem. For the simulation of the SLM process, I downloaded Netfabb 2025.1. After defining the machine, parameters, and supports, I started the simulation. Then Simulation Utility LT for Netfabb 2025.1 opened. I defined the parameters again. During meshing, I kept getting this error. Can anyone help? Thanks!
