Netfabb Basic tools not working?

Hi,

Recently my student license expired however I am trying to use the unlicensed version of Netfabb Standard (Netfabb Basic) and am missing some key tools that were available in Netfabb Basic last I was aware. I'm missing the measure tool and I do not see any way to cut currently. Perhaps I'm just missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

Happy New Year, and welcome to the Netfabb Forum!

The unlicensed version is fairly limited compared with the licensed one, and given that student licenses have a three-year, non-extendable term, that 2018.3 won't ever get reactivated. (Although you may reapply for a new student license for a current Netfabb version.)

That said, the unlicensed Netfabb got significantly extended in functionality with Netfabb 2020.1. If this is all you need, feel free to obtain a current installer at www.netfabb.com and continue using that one.
