Error that mesh cannot be created during latitce creation

I got this error when I pressed a to combine mesh and skin and lattice in latice commander.

"lattice commander operation failed ERROR:NLK::process operation: failed to create mesh"

Is it because there are too many polygons? I'm going crazy.

Very sorry about the complications. Yes, it is likely that the meshing fails on complexity. Possibly aggravated by your meshing settings which you did not disclose. Perhaps try to generate meshes for lattice and skin individually, then merge the meshes using Boolean operations.
