Error #103 and Failed: failed to load mesh (invalid floating point operation)

Hello,

I've been repairing some 3D models that I had bought and I've been getting these two errors a lot and I've not been able to fix them with the built in netfabb function within Lychee. I've looked around but I haven't seen any solutions and I am very new to this, does anyone know what I need to do?

We do not support lychee. I recommend that you download and use Netfabb.
