Setting Locations

Hi All i am looking for some help. I am looking for a way to set the default locations for the following:

Template file location
Template Qnew
Plot&Publish Locations

i have tried to use the com objects but these are not available via COM

Have you looked at AcadPreferenceFiles object in Object Browser in AutoCAD VBA Editor:
