PackageContents.xml ProductCode

I am try to installApplicationPlugins but I run into proble with PackageContents

I copy Assembly Information GUID to ProductCode in VB.NET

This is the error Autocad map 2015 show me

I followed the link. So as a plugin author the solution is to modify the end-user's acad.exe.config. In what world is than an answer?
