Is "Layer locked. Unlock this layer to modify." a Layer Message or a Hyperlink Command Message?

Hi everyone,

I encountered the message "Layer locked. Unlock this layer to modify." in AutoCAD. I want to know if this message is specifically related to a locked layer or if it's triggered by the Hyperlink command.

Does anyone know which context this message belongs to?

This message appears when we pre-select an object when running the HYPERLINK command, and when inserting a hyperlink on the locked layer, that message will appear.
