filter elements within a certain rectangular range in the blockreference

I want to filter elements within a certain rectangular range in the blockreference.
I usually use methods such as "SelectWindow" to filter rectangular ranges, but the elements in the block are a challenge for me. How should I construct "TypedValue"?
I use the 2016 API.
