If you downloaded ObjectARX SDK, in its folder "\Docs", there should be a "arxmgd.chm" (Managed .NET Reference Guide), in the "Index" tab, enter/search "DwgVersion Enumeration". I am not sure what ARX help file you have looked at, but the one I mentioned exists in every version of ARX SDK.
