Basically, in the video attached you can see, transformed equipment is not rerendered in its position after second transformation.
It is rendered OK only for 2D Wireframe visual style and Shaded if hardware acceleration is turned on.
The element on the video is a group of BlockReferences with one Multileader, it is moved by calling the code below in a foreach loop, so group is not touched:
blockReference.TransformBy(Matrix3d.Displacement(vector3d))
Closing and reopening the document refreshes the view, as well as switching to Plan view, than back to Frontal.
Feels like some internal AutoCAD graphics related issue.
