Disable printing documents from preview window programmatically

Hi,
Can you help me please ?

i'm developping a vb.net plugin for autocad 2013 + a vb.net application, i want to disable printing documents when they are not validated by an admin...
i know two ways to do this : by undefining the Plot command or using the veto command in .net

The problem, i can't control printing from the "Preview window", it does not call the "Plot" command at all from there.

my question: is there a way to get control of this button programmatically ?
or how can'i hide it from the Preview window ?
