We want to show drawing file in the web page. Can we convert Autocad drawing to html5 format.

You should look into Autodesk's cloud services for viewing drawing in a web browser (Forge Viewer), or its Model Derivative API that can convert your design file into other formats, or extract geometries/properties from the design file.
