Building an Installer for Autocad and Autocad Mechanica 2010

Hi,

I have followed each and every steps mentioned in this blog to build an installer by Kean. But registry entiries are not created for Autoloading the command in Both Autocad 2010 and Autocad Mechanical 2010.

Is there any way i can create a installer.

I am using Autocad 2010 and Autocad 2010 Mechanical

I have Visual Studio 2008 and want to create a installer for my dll to run in Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.

Any suggestions would really be helpful.

Regards
Santosh

Hi,

By my side, I use a custom action project with an installer class in which I add (Install() method) or remove (Uninstall() method) registry keys for autoload process, search paths, and so on.

To access the AutoCAD registry keys, you can use these helpers.
