Break Mode Problem

VB.NET 2015 with AutoCAD 2014.

I can debug codes step by step in Class. But when I add a Form in project and activate this Form in Class, message "The application is in break mode" will occur. The codes for Form can't be debugged at break points.

If the items mentioned in that article are turned on, the 64-bit program can't be edited and continued. It is not very  convinient for codes debug.

No good solutions for these problems?
