Ways to activate a plug-in?

Hello, I have a plugin in the store, and I plan to do an activation system.

Kean has suggested this form.

This can be a problem when the user does not have internet. And checking the store for authenticity at every use does not seem like a good idea in my case. I would like to do this activation only once and leave it saved on the local machine. So how could I check the authenticity of a plugin when the user is offline? I searched for unique id machine, everything consists of returning the ID of the processor, MAC, BIOS, HDD. But I do not know if that's a good idea. What have you used? What is the best way?

Any idea to check in the store only once and then have an offline check? Or a better way to do all this?

Thank you in advance.

Have a look at things like LimeLM, Infralution http://adndevblog.typepad.com/autocad/2012/08/licensing-applications-infralution.html  and Crypto Licensing http://adndevblog.typepad.com/autocad/2012/09/licensing-applications-crypto.html

Have a look at this thread too: https://www.theswamp.org/index.php?topic=50609
