The same figure is displayed differently in two different dwgs？

My question is:

The same figure is displayed differently in two different dwgs. What controls the display mode of the circled part? I have uploaded these two dwgs. Please take a look. Thank you!

This image is from Drawing 2, Drawing 1 has the first option selected. Changing Drawing 2 to be the same moves the arrowheads inside.
