Stundent free version

I am trying to get an educatinal version of the software and everytime I try to fill in the form I get this message. 

I am a masters student at London Metropolitan University. 

Can someone suggest me what to do? I tried many times already and I still get this message:

  We’re sorry but we cannot access or create your account at this time.

Possible solutions

• - Wait a few minutes and try again.
• - Download and install a free trial of the software at www.autodesk com/products. Before the 30-day trial period ends, return to this page to obtain the serial number for your three-year student license.

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to Autodesk Community!

Sorry that you're having trouble with the student license. Could you try and create a new Education Community account using a different e-mail address and AutodeskID. Then try the download again. Let us know if it works!

Hi Lynn, thank you for the suggestion. Have tried that but i still get the message to try later or download the trial version.
I filled in my date of birth, email, school, type of program, agreed terms and when i submit it rejects it imediately...
