Snoop MgdDbg

Hello all,

   I am beginning to learn how to create plug ins using c# on .net in Visual Studio and am trying to follow along with the labs on the Autodesk Developer Network. I have seen mention of ArxDbg and MgdDgb for the snoop tool. Can anyone post a link of where to find this tool? I have even downloaded the ObjectARX for Autocad 2024 dlm folder off the Developer Network in hopes of getting this tool but cannot find it in the folders.

Any help is appreciated.
