NetLoad Dialog Box Not Displaying

Hi,

When I type netload at the command prompt the NetLoad dialog box is not displaying.

Instead I get a "assembly file name: " prompt at the command line.

Any ideas how I can get the dialog box to display?

Found it.

My Civil 3D had crashed and I lost all dialog boxes.

Typed filedia and then 1 and all is good now
