.net framework 4.5 not installing

when i try to install autocad 2015 but error come as .net framework 4.5 not installing...i also try to edit registry value but message come as can not edit registry value...........help me (windows 8.1)

Have you tried installing .Net 4.5 before installing AutoCAD?

Also, if you can't change the Registry value, you may not have administrative rights on the computer.  This could block the installation as well.
