Modeless window always on top

Hi,

I have a problem with modeless window. It stays on top even when it loses focus.

This is how I show the form:

            Dim myForm As New myFormClass
            Autodesk.AutoCAD.ApplicationServices.Application.ShowModelessDialog(formOwner, myForm)

Any ideas? TopMost property is set to False.

I am currently testing it on my computer. I have multiple versions installed on my computer, 2014, 2018, and 2021. I will take the time to test it carefully later. If you can't reproduce it, I will continue to analyze and troubleshoot later.
