I've been using meshmixer for a while, but mainly the inspector and making solid functions. I recently tried meshmixing alignment pins into a 3d model and have come up with un unexpected issue that I really dont know how to fix.

Meshmixer is not recognizing or picking up or whatever the term is my delete button so I cant make any adjustments that require a . for example 3mm i cant make 3.3mm because meshmixer only sees 33 and then it stuffs up the model completely.

I've reinstalled meshmixer and I've checked he language on my pc as well as whats selected on meshmixer. But I'm still stuck with no clue on what to try next.

Hi,

you placed your question inside the forum for AutoCAD (not Meshmixer) and inside AutoCAD the .NET development part.

You should post the question in the Autodesk Meshmixer forum there: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/meshmixer/bd-p/6013

Wrong forum, but strange nonetheless. It is often a keyboard mapping/language issue for non-english users (German etc)

A) Try just copy and pasting the .

B ) Or because sometimes copy/pasting won't work, the software needs to create that "." itself. So change the size to anything slightly different from your base size in X, Y or Z, it will also recalculate the "Scale XYZ" part of the interface. Now you have the scale that has changed to 1.1023 or whatever, but now it has a decimal point, so now just manually change to whatever decimal you want.

Thanks for the response. The issue is not the language. I only have 1
language on pc - and the del button works on other software I use like word
etc.
When I go to put the manual measurements in, the decimal point or del
button don't work so I have 3.3 becomes 33

Ya I understand the issue.

Did my work around A or B work?
