Inserting Dynamic block with Hatch in a Block

Hi,

I'm having problem on inserting dynamic block with hatch in an block using c# code, it didn't update the hatch properly.

Sometimes it works and mostly not.

I tried several methods but still didn't work and I stuck in this area.  

Please show me the right method for inserting the dynamic block with hatch inside the block.
