How to know if a file has been saved or not

Hi,how to know if a dwgfile has been saved or not?
Are there some examples about the savefiledialog with C#?

What do you mean about saved or not? If dwg-file was changed after last save command, DBMOD system variable not equal 0. If dwg-file has not been save after creation and has not name then DWGTITLED system variable equal 0.

I mean the dwg-file has been saved manually,not by the AutoCad software automatically!
