how to check if entity selected is one of the curve entities

hi. how do you check if an entity selected is a line,pline,arc,spline /// curve entities? i am using autocad 2008 so i cant use objectclass.isderivedfrom. thanks.

You may need to have that response hot-keyed gile. 🙂
