function or code for message when acitvating Project in PB (Project Browser)

Hello community,

we use the ProjectBrowser and ProjectNavigator in MEP.

For supportreasons we need in special projects an popup Window when we activate a project.

After selecting a project and clicking the close button should pop up a window with an static text and an OK button.

Is there an easy way? Same question in "AutoCAD MEP General Discussion" Board wasn´t helpfull.
