Error writing/Closing file

Hello All,

I developed one dll in VB.NET by reading the autocad training doc.
The dll works fine in acad. But when I try to save the dwg, I'm getting an
error message "Error writing/Closing File". (If I did not load the dll and use it, I am not getting this error when saving the dwg)
What could be the reason for this error ?
Any suggestion...
