Current Plot Style Table in VB.Net

Hi,

How do I find the Plot Style Table for the current layout. I can see how to set it or retrieve the whole list but I don't see how to get the current one. I am trying to determine whether the plot styles are set for STB or CTB.

it's under Layout. I was looking under plotsettingsvalidator.
