I aim to develop an installer for an AutoCAD addon.
Manually, I place the files in the ApplicationPlugins directory, and AutoCAD loads the content during startup.
My addon encompasses Tool Palettes and custom icons. I believe I should embed the Tool Palette files and associated icons in the identical folder as AutoCAD does. However, I'm uncertain about how to adjust AutoCAD's search paths. Is it done by modifying registry keys?
Can you provide guidance on modifying AutoCAD search paths?
